Bikram Yoga instructors have unders received an in-depth training program to become Bikram yoga instructors for more than 500 hours in nine weeks.
Every day, you're taking two lessons, learning lectures about asanas (yoga poses), philosophy about anatomy, physiology, and yoga from renowned UCLA professors and doctors involved in emergency medicine, and experienced senior teachers around the world, and only after passing all the tests can you qualify as a Bikram Yoga Instructor.
This qualification is not terminated once you pass it, but requires renewal once every three years, and you can continue to learn.
